I have a verbal agreement with a well-known Ferrari mechanic/shop owner that is well respected and posts here often. I am wiring a deposit tomorrow morning. The car is a euro-spec car. It is in immaculate condition. The car was gone over mechanically from top to bottom. It is in amazing shape. The guy I purchased it from has a ton of integrity and has been unbelievably respectful to a rookie like me. I did pay $300,000 for the car but I think I got a deal. I will post his name when I post more picture and info in a model specific thread. I wired the deposit to the seller today. Looks like it is a done deal. Thanks so very much to all of the members who helped me out. There were so many times when I thought I would never find the right car. Now I am like the kid before Christmas. Soon I will post pictures and tell the story of this interesting car.
