It turns out the car belongs to prominent Swiss Ferrari collector and Corse Clienti participant Peter Mann, well-known for his blue liveried Ferraris, his 599XX, FXX Evo FXXK Evo etc are all the same color and carry number 27. I stand corrected! It is ZFF70RDB000176113, last sold with 15,961 kilometers. ZFF70RCA6B0176109 which I mixed it up with is actually a USA 599 GTO which last sold with just 270 miles.
