Ferrari 599 Taillight Repair

Does anyone repair Ferrari 599 taillights? The "Light Failure" icon appears intermittently when I use the left turn signal. When parked, I can see 3 small LED bulbs are dark, but the remaining LED bulbs are flashing when the turn signal is used. All the other taillight functions work, lights on and reverse, in the same taillight. I have already replaced the right taillight with the same issue. Can the "failed" LED bulbs be replaced, rather than the whole taillight?
