Melbourne event Have I missed a previous thread or this not been raised before? I have said "yes" to the invitation from FCA. Heard on the radio this morning that the F1 car can drive at 60 kmph but the cavalade will only drive at 40 kmph. Understand 60 cars only will participate, wonder what the selection process will be if excess numbers apply? (which I understand is the situation for the Sydney event) First in best dressed or type or quantity? Cost is $150 per car for the day including breakfast, lunch and other goodies. Any one else? Tony
NO not at all,as a city rate payer IMO they can do more with the money, their is already to much waste by those FIck/wits.Good luck to the FCA for pulling it of.As for the Boxer do you think i realy need to drive down Lygon st at 60 kph.I'm not into car clubs, must be the mad Irish background, just can't stand being told what to do.
Has everyone forgotten this thread!!! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=137898 Ohh another Tony, you may pass
100+ applied for the 60 spots I hear. The factory had a "wish list" of participating models, not surprisingly we have none of the early cars left. I think there were 15x 355 owners apply. Winston is taking Ms Gayle in his 550. Perk of being President and all that.
You participating at all scott? Would love to see the F50 out on lygon street! i can be hopeful, but it'd be lovely to see your car sometime
