    Not a unfeasible train of thought I suppose, but I can't believe he would be thinking that way ,if he wanted to get into another team. I thought he would be using the clause in his contract that Renault wasn't up to the plate so I'am off..

    I agree he wouldn't pass NP normally, so who knows.

    I seriously doubt FA would ever let Piquet by to make him look good for any reason. Alonso looked like he was really fighting the Renault at the closing stages of the race. I mean think about it, he didn't put up much of a fight the second time Hamilton passed him. Would Alonso have let him by so easily if the car was working right? The car was oversteering like a pig by race's end. He didn't fight his teammate because the car wasn't up to it.
