HOU Ferrari and Exotic Spotters

havent been on here for a while, saw a silver 09 GTR on 249 and 1960, didnt expect to see one on the street yet

 

It still counts, to see old Tex in his "natural" habitat, the Texas Honky Tonk...

He tends to blend in there, in his natural cowboy vintage coloration, not his normally seen Ferrari Red clothing.....LOLOLOL!

 

This morning I passed a yellow 430 Scud with grey stripe and grey wheels on Shepherd. Looked so hot.

 

I would have **** a brick.

 

I forgot. Monday I saw an black Aston Martin on 610 coming from 288. He was driving somewhere around 45-50mph. He made an exit at Kirby. The time was a little after 3pm so I was thinking it may have been a Texan.

 

Sunday - saw an oxford red 575 moving East bound on I10 from Katy area at 1:00 p.m.
Sunday - saw a white Ford GT w/ Black Stripes at Arcoduro parking lot in the Galleria at 8:00 p.m.

 

Saturday ~5pm - Silver 360 Spider at some place near Kicks on Durham

 

this afternoon around 12 I saw a red 430 at Little York and Hwy 6.

 

LOL. I've met that guy. I will have to speak to him the next time I see him!

 

Not to get off track but a quick question:


How/where would one get a hold of an FXX?

When you buy them, are you allowed to keep them at your own residence? I heard somewhere that with the exclusive cars such as this, Ferrari actually keeps them because they dont want people taking them out, beating the hell out of them, etc, etc...

?

 

The car was being driven across Westheimer because the Ferrari of Houston had parked their transporter over there. The FXX went about 100 yards and then was loaded into the truck.

 

The FXX is a TRack ONly program thru the dealers and you race it at events.........not street legal.

I'm home with a cold, but my mom just called from La Griglia to report that she spotted a verde ithica Lambo parked out front. I never imaged I would turn her into a spotter

Also, silver F430 coupe on Westheimer near Chimney Rock.

Both this afternoon.

 

Did she really say verde ithica?

My mom does the same thing. It's so funny.

 

Nah - she said lime green and I translated. I just thought it was funny that she felt the need to call me from the restaurant and tell me.

Silver R8 today around 230 leaving the Porsche/Audi lot off of I-10

 

Saw a black Gallardo, I didn't get a good look but maybe a superleggera. Anyway, it was at Grant and Louetta on the back of a roll back wrecker. I was definitely surprised to see that.

Everyday when I go to work out I drive by this company called Next Gen in The Woodlands. Anyways past few weeks I have seen two convertible gallardos one white the other red and a white Porsche GT2 in their parking lot.
