Dude, you should look into getting a job with exotics in the future, since you seem to have an extensive knowledge of these cars. I must say, you seem more mature than some of the folks in this board. WOA!
Thanks, and yes, my dream job would be to own an exotic car dealership, but I would wait until I have a steady job with a steady income, as opening a exotic car dealership is an extremely risky thing to do.
This morning... yellow Lotus Eurpoa & Red TR (not Kelly's unless he got a second side mirror). Both on 360.
This morning on Beecaves heading back, a Red 360 Modena, and then on my street while driving to my house, a Red 550 Barchetta, yes BARCHETTA!!!
That was Luke, who opted out of a clean drive down LCR. Met up with him after the drive and had a late lunch. Luke is one amazing guy, and always has great stories to share. Aside from that, I actually knew one of his sons from the college days. As for the rest, thanks for the wonderful drive Dave. Thanks Lloyd for the passenger seat. Tons of fun, tons of torque no matter what gear you are in, nor speed you are at.
Pleasure as always, Randy. And I agree 100% about Luke. He is a real treasure, and he served this country time & time again with honor.
Perhaps it was just curiosity. Today, as I was headed north on 360, passing the Bee Caves onramp, I spotted an APD motorcycle officer armed with a laser at the bottom of the hill. I was in the middle of a dozen random cars, all going 60ish (the speed limit). Before the gaggle of cars had crested the hill by the Rob Roy lights, the motorcycle had gotten on the road and weaved his way up to my rear bumper.....Where he remained at a distance of about two feet all the way to the 360 bridge. When I switched lanes, he switched lanes. Three times. Eventually, I blinkered off for a spin under the bridge and back into Davenport Ranch. Anybody else been given a rolling Ferrari bumper inspection in the area recently?
SCF, even when not in a Ferrari... yes. =/ I'm waiting to brake-check the local revenue assessors for harrassment and entrapment.
If I'd have even looked at the brake pedal, that young man would've ended up bouncing over the engine and into my passenger seat. Happy New Year!
Just saw a beautiful grey Aston Martin Vanquish going down S. Mopac. I'll be changing my britches now.......
blue 360 in my parking garage at work 2 weeks ago. Owner has never heard of F chat and says his car is a garage queen. Should I have kicked him in the knee? Would that have been bad?
Saw an older gentelman driving a yellow 355 Spyder w/black top on S. I35 this morning. It was a treat on my commute this morn.
Gorgeous Silver 550M....Sounded AWESOME...Saw it a couple weeks ago actually. Anybody know who's it is?
Nice ride M.Man, you have a beautiful car. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do that lets you afford a car like that? BTW- anyone seen the rossa corsa / beige 575M F1, belongs to a 'Mr. Olfers' I heard...
Right on, Josephine! Exactamundo. Sean....heh...yeah, thankfully it has been quite a while since my last ticket. So I forget the lingo...
LoL! Man, I've seen a damn lot of police out today and last week. They've had that one on Barton Creek BLVD (by SW PKWY) up again....it's up alot. Seen ALOT of police on 2244 Westlake area.
