DFW Ferrari and Exotic Spotters

On Chiesa Road, not an exotic but still beautiful. A mid 70's Stingray, Red, with a blower and no hood. Looked flawless. He was picking up his kid after school around 3:50 today...Any FC'ers here from Rowlett know who this is?

 

Exotic enough in some cases! I saw a pink '69 Camaro with drag slicks and a wheelie bar driving on the highway towards the drag strip in Waxahatchie a few years ago. It's truck giving it the ride there to the strip broke down lol. Pretty unusual to see on the highway.

 

Dont know but when I picked up my Vette from Corvette Corner in Rowlett today there was a fantastic 67 Big Block in Silver and Balck with side pipes

 

Saw a blue 3X8 on Lemmon and Cole yesterday afternoon. Looked a bit beat up.

 

about 5 pm I saw a red 355 spyder on the Belt Line near Richardson.

 

Red F40 going east on trinity mills just west of midway...I was in a black zo6.

 

It's infamous.

 

Cool, I've never seen an F40 driving in Dallas.

 

Metallic blue Acura NSX parked in front of Dealer Alternative at the corner of Carroll Ave & White Settlement Rd.

 

This would be my 3rd time to see one i think, the other two were a few years back. One time was on Plano parkway and the other was some young guy out at the drag strip in Ennis probably 8-ish years ago.

I saw a light metallic blue f50 once, there was a red f50 behind him...on the tollway. I believe that blue f50 was originally red. I saw it at Boardwalk and asked about it after it was gone...i think it was repainted red and sold.

 

Red 360 Spider at Lovers Lane and 75 today around 11am

 

Was at NorthPark on Saturday evening, and valeted next to a light blue DB9 convertible at Kona Grill. Also was next to a dark Maseratti Quatroporte on Mockingbird near the Peavy split around 6:30 this evening.

 

Red 612 Scag yesterday near Jerry Jones house on Preston and Armstrong.

Too bad about the color of that top! I hope the owner likes it.

 

It looks kind of weird for that color of interior, but I like the color otherwise. I'm waiting to see an Aston Martin with a purple/plum convertible top. Aston Martin offers it... but I've yet to see one with it.

 

The owner lives somewhere in Old Westover, I've seen it plenty of times making its rounds.

 

Black DB9 on 30 East bound at 5.30pm this evening never noticed before but the tail lights look small on the back of the car

 

Saw a red Testarossa on 114 heading west in Irving today.

 

Would look better with a black top, but to each his own...

 

Turning onto Mockingbird from Abrams was a beautiful (best looking I've seen in D/FW) yellow 430 with yellow/black wheels and a body kit. This was around 3:30 I think. If the owner is on here, you are a very lucky person. Love the car.

 

Red 308 GTSi at the Keller post office around 6:00. Had the top off - nice day for it!

 

While attempting to bludgeon myself to death with my cell phone whilst stuck in the toll way shut down debacle last night I spotted a black 996T along side a yellow Gallardo and an Aston Martin Vantage Roadster heading the opposite direction. Then after sparing my own life and successfully exiting at Royal the F-gods smiled upon me and I saw a Grigio Silverstone F430....These cars have such a magnificent presence. Ferrari's are truly special.

 

Saw this "WTF?????" vehicle a couple of days ago, eastbound on 183 just past Northeast Mall. Didn't know any of these were still around, and this one looked to be in pretty good shape. Just scooted along, exited Brown Trail, so I couldn't get a better shot - sorry for the crappy cell phone pic etc.

Kinda reminds me of Freddy Krueger piloting a taxiing Coors Silver Bullet mini-jet (anybody else remember those?)
