Assume you are talking about the MyFerrari / My Garage area on the Ferrari.com website - yes?

 

You should be fine - The Site/App/MyGarage is there for Ferrari owners regardless of where/how they obtained the car as long as you have the VIN and it is properly registered. The only gap I believe is that the service history of the car may not be in there if it was serviced by non-Ferrari Dealer techs - i.e. Independent Ferrari techs. Not a big deal but just FYI. Should you choose to start servicing it at a Ferrari Dealer they will update the service history and you will be able to see it in the site/app. You should also be able to see any open or closed recalls depending on the year of your car.

It generally also shows the options on the car with the Ferrari codes which is nice - This is more extensive for newer cars that had/have more options bit it is there for my 2014 458 in detail and there for my 1995 355 GTS - albeit a lot fewer options back then

Was there any email confirmation? Or you just see it in your garage on the app?

 

I believe the app will only have service records for work that you have performed, not the previous owner. I have all the service records for my 2014 458 Spider (all performed at my local Ferrari dealer who also originally sold the car), but the only records that show up in the app are the ones that I've done since purchasing in 2017.
