Just wondering if anyone knows of any sites that sell authentic ferrari apparel/clothing. I'm thinking of picking up some shirts and/or jackets for my son's birthday as he is becoming a ferrari junkie like me. Thanks.

Speedgear and even the Ferrari Dealerships sell REPLICA team wear, which is all well and good....

But wearing the real stuff, you can get close enough to help change tires, and get a signature or two........;)

    WOW what a welcome!

We have TONS of stuff at the moment! Not only Schumaher and Enzo signed items but also some Alonso signed photo's, cap and tons more.

I also found a decent source for authentic team wear, mostly with original Marlboro branding (some used but also new shirts with the tags still attached).

    You'll find those here:
    http://www.maranellomerchandise.com/index.html?target=dept_62.html&lang=en-us
(along with authentic BMW WIlliams F1 and Team Bentley Le Mans gear).

Signed stuff can be found here:
    http://www.maranellomerchandise.com/index.html?target=dept_18.html&lang=en-us

Some of you might know that I have a liking for items related to "dead drivers"... not because I'm morbid or so but simply because that stuff is much harder to find and gives more satisfaction when you DO find something! How often does one find a REAL Tazio Nuvolari signed item? (Not for sale!) There are some Senna and Gilles Villeneuve signed items in the signed section. They're worth taking a look at!

A little bit later on I'll make a separate post on what I consider a VERY special item even if it isn't a specific Ferrari item...

Judge4re needs those Bentley overalls, he's looking at one of the Speed8's....but I think those are too small.......they may fit his wife though..
I'll flag them to Eric on here.....

PM me if you have any sweet deals like that 3 signature cap I received from you last fall......I have kept it dry thru both Katrina AND Rita storms in the Texas Gulf Coast!!!!!!

I use the European logo shirts mostly, as my work here in Houston with my Ferraris is often with children........if you have any of those, shout out.

Losing Dad to lung cancer may also drive that reluctance to support tobacco!
But at the New Orleans French Quarter Classic, it's "smoke 'em if you got 'em!"

    ROTFLMAO!

    Bubba,

no problem to get you "smokeless" team wear.

Which style (t-shirt, short sleeve, long sleeve, mechanics overalls)?

Any preference for a particular year (NO 2005 stuff available yet!)?

For the shop I generally favour the tobacco versions as they are outlawed in most countries thus harder to get and in higher demand. I'm now building a larger inventory on team clothing but since they're not available off the shelf, I'll have to do it bit by bit.

Totally agree on Full Tobacco as per collectability........

Understand I am wearing the stuff! LOL! As I play the part of the World's Fastest Art Car Ferrari!!!!! We tour thru six or sven schools in a day to promote the Parade, and I lecture the lil' ones on Helment Safety!!!!

I use the collared button down short sleeve shirts mostly.....I think the Tommy Hilfiger years were a high point in styling personally..

I have a red set of shorts and collared shirt that I've almost worn threadbare, but I have been in the Houston Art Car Parade for six years, so they've actually held up well!!!!!

The blood red color versus the TV Orange they use now, maybe I'm like you, remembering the bare knuckled racing years!!!!!!

I'll email you some recent pics.........

I like the OLD RED, but if you can find matching shorts 34" waist, either one will do.......

The OLD RED TH had a cool grey beading in it, that only the night pics show, was 3M Reflectorized material.....pretty nice detail for the 24 hour endurance race crews!!!!!!!

    Thanks Jack!
