Ferrari Approved with modified exhaust

Question, I was watching a video last night and the gentleman had purchased a pre-owned F8. He said he bought it from an authorized Ferrari dealer. As part of the purchased, he told the dealer that he would only buy the car if it had a Novitec exhaust system. He explained that the dealer agreed and before he even took delivery of the car it was sent to Scuderia Car Parts for the Novitec installation.

I have two questions:
1) Will authorized dealers agree to change out the exhaust as part of the purchase?
2) If so, then will these dealers provide the two year warranty as part of it?

Thanks, that's very helpful. Ideally I'd love to have both exhausts. And you purchased your car from an authorized Ferrari dealership?
