Actually I'll give this tidbit of info, one answer has been very close.

It's not too bad. One of the answers is VERY close. There haven't been too many given that are based in the US, so it shouldn't be too bad to figure out from that.

Round 24...Enzo Ferrari was an honorary member of this regions chapter of this club during the early 1960's. There was even a trophy named after him. Name the club and the region he was an honorary member of.
