I am repeating this from the original thread because I think it is important and many have asked about it:

"OK, so people want to know where I got my guardrails. I got them here:

    http://www.stanchiondepot.com/trafficcones.html

They are $15 each piece. I got 8. They go from 4 to 7 feet and are light. If somebody knocks them into the car there should be no scrape. They are a firm but soft plastic. They stabilize themselves on the cones. I have never seen a better product. And they were crowd tested and passed with flying colors. By coincidence they were the appropriate color for my specific application:"

    And:

"It truly is amazin. Did those guard rails actually stop people from standing on the hood of your car. Remember we have some really challenged people here in Florida."

    My answer:

It worked very well. Last year I had a rope on the cones and people stepped over the low points as if those areas were OK to overstep. Still, you have to stay close.

Also, the cones fell when people leaned on the rope. These are interlocked so are stable. They bend a little and that is good. The cones stay upright. Important is that if a little kid runs into things and they do fall over - they are soft enough not to scratch anything. People who do events wanted to know where I got these - so here it is.

I had higher cones in the back and medium size in the middle and low ones out front.
