Ferrari BB512 Luggage

I have a set for my BB512i and they actually hold a lot more than you would think...

 

Wow !! Actually the price is not so bad. I seen them go for near 4k.

 

Looks like whoever the seller is he can't drive. Did you see the rear clip he has for sale

 

Now, would that not make the coolest wall hanging in a garage EVER? (I'd like to put it in the house, but I fear certain family members devoid of garage chic wouldn't 'get it'.)

 

He made a booboo on his listing, its BBi only on the lid because of the spacing between the air box lids. All 3 boxer versions have unique lids, 365's have 2 versions as well maybe 3.

 

Actually those Exoto Ferraris would look great on my bookshelf.

 

Did the luggage come in colors that matched the interiors, or just brown or black?

 

That's the starting bid not the buy it now price.

The luggage should match the interior color although I have only seen tan Boxer luggage.

I think the price on ebay is way to much for a TWO piece set. I have seen them selling for much less. You can still get Boxer luggage new from Schedoni so why pay that much for what looks like discolored luggage.

 

So I can get schedoni to make it in red to match my interior? Including the BB512 detail?

I think the first thing you have to do to start the ordering process is bend over and clench your teeth.

 

A friend of mine did the Ferrari factory and Schedoni leather tour last year. I had him specifically ask Simone Schedoni about Boxer luggage. They said no problem they had the patterns. You just have to order it through the owners site. They can't go around Ferrari with it. As I recall the price was less than the starting bid of the ebay set since it is only a two piece set.

LOL. as with almost everything with the F cars...gotta love 'em. I have never been so relieved when the wrench comes back with "that will be $1,500"...."whew"

 

For me its a love/hate relationship. I would like luggage too, im assuming the BBi would say BB512i on the luggage rather than just BB512?

 

Can someone check the price on the Ferrari owners site.

Thanks for checking. I would assume the set is still pricy even if Schedoni made a set for you. Shipping alone would not be cheap.
