Ferrari: Best Place to Work in Europe

First, let me apologize if this is old news to most of you or a repost (I searched the forums before posting). I ran across this May 2007 article, today, from the Financial Times naming Ferrari as the best workplace in Europe. I especially found interesting, but was not surprised, the fact that the judges noted the Ferrari employees' pride as one of the top reasons for this ranking. I imagine it must make one proud to work for a company that is so highly regarded on so many levels. It also makes me think that those engineers and mechanics probably try their best to build a fine automobile. Great results nearly always occur when the employees actually want to be at work. Is there any surprise that Ferrari is so successful?
