    Bought my 355 from them in 1999, excellent guys to work with. James Del Pozzo and Bryant K. are both great guys. They are very knowledgable and don't have an attitude.

    i believe there is another thread on this subject. 'ferrarisales' i believe is james.

    i had a satisfactory experience for my 550. actually i have to call them myself sometime next week...

    The service deparrtment guys are cool! Especially Eric! The parts guy Giovanni is cool also! If you talk to Eric, he is very straight forward and very advisable. He really knows the cars, because he used to actually run a Challenge team and drove the cars too!

    Two of us chased Bryant around for a couple of months to put a deposit on 360's back in 2000. Completely ignored us even though both of us were F owners and past F-new-car buyers. We both went to FoOC and were treated royally by Bill Story, Josh and Pat. Any Dealership that puts you on hold and 15 minutes later asks you pre-recordedly to leave your name and phone number is not worthy of my business.

    You must have had a bad experience. I dealt with both James and Bryant and they were both complete Gentleman. Initially they didn't have the car I was looking for, once they did they contacted me and were always polite.

    That's exactly what happened to me. I was referred there by someone who has purchased several F-cars from them but ultimately Bryant treated me as if I was homeless. Most of my calls to Bryant went unanswered and when I was able to speak with him his attitude was totally unprofessional.

    Yes, a few years ago I went there to buy a 550. They make me feel like crap. I purchased it elsewhere.

    I went in on Friday to browse and Bryant was very friendly - no attitude so far.

    FBH is a great place,. I had the oppurtunity to work there a few years ago.


    The guys working on the cars were awesome..When I was there back in 01. We had a team of 4 techs all very knowledgable and great people..Adolfo, Graziano, Dave and one other tech who for the life of me I cant remember his name.(sorry) They have been in a new building ( service and parts ) for a few years now ,, So that may have changed.
    Who ever is running service today , I dont know....... So I can only speak of the past.

    James and Bryant are both stand up guys....... I would purchase a car from either one of them anyday..(sight un-scene) They are very much NO BS type of business men..
