For Sale Ferrari Boxer Pioneer Radio Manuals

The Pioneer 4300 radio cassette and Pioneer 520 equalizer - which are considered 'original' to Boxers - were installed after the cars were built. That's why the books and documents rarely made it to the owner. That's why it was even harder to find a complete set with all the components.

I eventually assembled a complete set - 9 pieces in all - and found a printer willing to reproduce them exactly. Same paper stock, colors, little drilled hole in pink tag for string, same complicated folds and stitching, plus the support cards and booklet. (Like many of us, someone got a little OCD!)

> Safety warning card
> Warranty registration card
> Warranty Booklet

Anyway, this project was time-consuming and costly but such is the craziness of our little hobby to get the details right. A few of you have already gotten sets, but I have 4 (not 40, but 4) complete sets left.

All the pieces are assembled in order in a clear sleeve as came from Pioneer. The complete set is $195 (free shipping in USA, $9 to Europe). I have one set of just the Owner's Manuals for the Radio/Cassette and Equalizer that is $95 (same shipping).

My understanding is the only difference was a 5 band equalizer vs the 7 band for later cars and this was 'the' radio set up for all Boxers. All else, for this package, is the same.

 

Alrighty good Boxer people, I'm down to two left.

Both TonySWFlorida and John the Supernaut Spy (that's a great username) are in. I've had a few inquiries that ask, "Any more left" which is the right question for sure, but realize that when I answer 'yes' with only two left, it doesn't take much for my answer to become a little outdated.

So... realizing this takes some trust: If you want a set and send the funds and I have any left, you get it. If your payment arrives after the last one is sold, I'll refund you and post the listing as 'sold' accordingly.

Thanks again. This project was fun and I'm super glad that other crazy obsessive Boxer people want to complete this part of their car's history and presentation.

Hello Boxer fans,

I have the following set available:

1. KE 4300 (European) Owner's manual (large blue fold out piece)
2. Speaker card set up
3. BP520 (European) Owner's manual, 7 band
4. Wiring tag
5. Pioneer Warranty sheet (US)
6. Pioneer Service location sheet (US)
7. Yellow Safety Card

This set lacks only a second duplicative warranty binder and small pink hanging tag. I honestly believe customers got only one of the two warranty binders (since one would negate the other) and the pink tag was usually removed after the first test drive. (It hung on the wiper stalk by a string, so very in the way).

I can sell this final remaining set for $149 complete plus $12 US insured shipping. This is the end of the end of these. PM me for payment info. Thank you.
