i do like it but i think the vents behind the front wheel need a reworking. makes style seem unbalanced. regardless i guarantee it will look better than the suv will.

Overall I think it looks good!

Some baroque bits but that's completely fitting and logical for a SP/one-off, IMO. New production models are meant to push forward with avant-garde designs whereas in these projects over existing models the designers and owners can rejoyce on a classic shape with a la carte twists.

I am not a fan of most of the new design work coming out of Ferrari's studio these days. The LaF, Pista, F8, Roma, Monza are all successful in my opinion. The 296 and SF90 are total failures from a styling perspective, makes me angry.

I do however feel this car overall is a great design, the face and hood can use some work, but overall, as larger passenger cars go, I think it feel elegant, aggressive and impressive. I think some of what is construed as over styled will look different once you stand next to the car, remember a photo shrink's the whole car down and you are seeing all elements at once, this will not happen in person.

    IMHO.

Well, but you are someone who understands the beauty of an F12 Berlinetta. I hope that they can do it much better with the 812 successor (F167) than with this car...
But the BR20 has beautiful seats...

I am not a fan at all, the car does not look like a fresh design. Personally most of the special project cars to me do not look as good as their production cars, kind of a flip flop from the 50's where the special one offs were breathtaking designs, just the opposite now.

Think of it as the new 500 SuperFast with 4WD. It has that 'heavy' look like the old 500 and a better stance than the GTC4. TOO much ornamental details trying to make a statement...

I guess this one-off just shows how we all like different things. It is a bit of a shame that it is a bit black and white, but in the end, it will always be up to the owner.

For me, the new 296 is awful. So is the Roma. I do not like them at all. The SF90 is borderline, I do not like the front lights for example. The SF812/812GTS is well maybe not the best in my mind, since I do love the F12tdf and F12 F60 America. It just shows, we all are different, some like it this way - others that way. No one of us are in the position to tell anyone else what to like or dislike. It is a free world. I hope.

Well, I don't like this car, but it is not for me.
Someone has commissioned that kind of car and this is what he get.

I find it heavy and overstyled. And what is worse: this design details look useless.
You can say, that 812SF is also overstyled. But when I look at it, I find that all this gizmos may have some sense, they do something for the car. BR20 is missing that in my view.

BTW I kinda like the 812 SF. It reminds me the 275 GTB. But I liked F12 better. I belive it is clean, sleak design and it is still looking fresh today. Contrary to 599.

These one off cars are designed for a client, so it's the client who has to be happy with it. I'm sure he doesn't care what we think of the looks. That being said, he seems to have taken the kid-in-a-candy-shop approach with too many ideas - some really nice - for one car. So, to me, it looks heavy and overwrought, with several ideas competing for attention. JUST MY OPINION! But you guys who don't like the Roma are wrong! :D

with few exceptions - like P80/C or 458 MM (Ok, I also like Claptons SP12 EC - while it may look kinda cheap, it has something in it ;)) - all one-off projects seem to have this kind of approach...
