    The new Ferrari California is a real disappointment for ferrari enthusiasts .I personally think that pininfarina is now falling short of breathtaking designs and borrowing designs from japanese cars.Everybody is criticizing the new Ferrari California seems that it is not in the anybody’s lust list.It has many flaws in designs.Somebody is saying that the hood is looking cheap.The side lines just seems un necessary,rear is a big flaw and needs more work ,front is good but not something special.However the interior is very good but its not very difficult to make that interior for such an expensive car.
    Here is a comparision of california’s exterior with other cars.

    Have you ever seen a California? Have you ever sat in a California? Have you ever been shown everything inside and out? I have, it is a very well built car. Please don't talk crap about a car that you have never even seen.

    Vaqas, You have not posted any information which was not already discussed in earlier threads. Yes, we understand that you do not like it (like many others here)... but are you in the market for one?

    Enough with the "OMG, it looks like Jap-crap" or "How could Ferrari do this" threads.

    If you dont like it... great. Buy something else or post your opinion in the "Why so much Cali Hate?" thread.

    -1 to help balance the discussion out :)

    I don't necessarily agree with the comparison (there are a lot of similar elements in many new car designs, sort of like people with same colored hair - they are NOT the same just because of hair color). But having said that, at least he thought about it and given that perhaps it deserves a better response than "if you're not buying one, shutup".

    My only real criticism is that he should have posted his argument in toto here, not linked to another site. Design criticism should be collateral with examples for reference.

    You're opinion in the looks of the car is just that, you're opinion to which you're entitled to. I have however heard first hand from someone who drove one and have read reports in which all were shall we say, "quite surprised and impressed with the performance and handling". Some mock the Enzo as not fitting any stable mate criteria, but go drive one, own one and suddenly you change your mind.

    (We probably shouldn't ask you about your taste in women's appearances... stole this from the Italians, that from the Germans.-- sorry for the jab)

    I really hated the 360 Modena when it was first introduced... too "Jap" looking for my taste - WTF were they thinking????

    Then, I decided to drive one and the design began to appeal to me.

    Now I own one :)

    Give the CA time....

    Okay, the design doesn't appeal to me. And it's too much money for what you get, in my opinion.

    That's not to say I might not be impressed with it if a friend in the Ferrari club shows up with one.

    He is probably another kid wanting to convince people the world models Japanese cars and to not "waste" money on a Ferrari and get a GTR instead..... lol

    I like it and i'm 18. So what's wrong with having an opinion and being 18? or is it just because i'm too young to own a Ferrari myself that someone of 18 years old opinion doesn't count?

    We're all here for the same reason dude............. We all like Ferrari's. End of...
