Quite new here. First Ferrari I have owned. Its a 2011 Ferrari California.

It has been running great and I had taken it for a spin and got up to 120MPH and a check engine light came on. OBD picked up p0491 and p0492.

I check air pump and appears to be working fine.

I pulled and maintained a vacuum on both secondary air valves.

I checked all (it think)vacuum lines and look fine.

I removed on/off solenoid valve and connected 12v and removed 12v and appears to be clicking and opening and bypassing fine.

Car has been parked in garage all day and I had someone start car while I checked voltage at on/off solenoid valve electrical connector and I did not get any voltage reading.

Should I have voltage at electrical connector on cold startup?

Any suggestions or light on the matter is greatly appreciated.

Yes the solenoid should be active on cold start to allow the vacuum to the valves. The engine control unit gives that signal based on the temp(cold) and keeps the secondary air system running for about 40-60 seconds.Try a battery reset and see if you then come right.
