I believe that mine are! They do not have the Grey Rear!! The Rear part is Black, just like the Yellow Ferrari Caps I have originally on the car.
Anyway, they measure 55.5mm on the Front and 43.0mm on the Rear Black portion of the Caps. Same as my Yellow Caps.

So why are you showing the "Staylex" caps?

The black style with the rubber o ring is old style oem, or a replica of the old style as I don't think you could pry out the original badge from the holder, they seem fused as one on oem with the badge flush with the edge of the black holder part.

The red badge is not oem, it has been stuck on an oem like cap.

Not certain but I think the grey one with the metal ring I think started with the 360 era.

The red ones look like a nice way to personalize a car, but don't get rid of the original ones, they are becoming scarce.

    Andy,
My Red Caps are not stuck on. The Cap is molded with a Red Center part and a Black surround. They look just like my original Yellow Caps on the back which is Black, not Grey.

I’ve seen OEM caps come in both black and grey plastic. One thing all the OEM seem to have though is that they say “made in Italy” molded into the plastic on the back.

I did a quick search just to show the style of the current OEM centercaps. Not trying to start anything, but I've seen the caps like you have on ebay, no nomenclature or anything, and parts of the horse are a bit "off". I've even seen ones where the horse has a wang.

"Wang"? Well my horses do not have any "Wangs". Maybe they were gelded...
On the subject of Made in Italy molded into the back, my 1985 308 had an original set of Yellow Caps. 2 of them had slightly cracked, clear plastic on the front. I replaced them with 2 Yellow Caps that were Black plastic on the back, or rear face. No "Made in Italy" signs on the back. I have not seen any with those markings.
Anyway, if someone wants 4 "as new" Red Wheel Caps, let me know. Thanks!
