Ferrari Challenge Seats

Because the carbon fiber is a yellow mix, that would seem to put these with better matching a 348 challenge.

I have not seen yellow carbon fiber used on 355 challenge cars - only full black.

the yellow is most like kevlar... a carbon/kevlar mixed weave. im not sure if u want pure carbon since it may be high in tensile strength but is shattered prone. mixing in kevlar (or better yet arimid since liberties are take in using the trade name) much like in bullet proof vest within the weave gives the fiber much better properties in terms of strength and impact resistance.

 

i like the vid2 a lot. i should have bought them when they were $1000 for a pair new.

 

No problem with carbon, fiberglass, etc, as long as it's FIA certified, or installed with proper accessories.

 

Those would match my black interior perfectly, let me know what you want for them.

 

It's not a matter of "want"

It's a matter of what was period correct and OEM per model of car. They likely make better products now but that is not the reason to purchase these.
