Went by both F1 shops this week, not worth your time. Stick to the Ferrari store and you'll be fine. Wife let me spend some time at Bentley Shanghai today, thank god I left my checkbook at home (and I'm going back to the USA in two months), they had a very nice Arnage RL on the floor...
G'Day, not far from the Hyatt in Hangzhou they opened a huge Bentley showroom, might be able to snap a picture on Friday. Best Regards from Hangzhou / China and Happy New Year! Dilligaf

I had a look at that shop yesterday, just from the outside though. I tend not to bother trying to get in these days after being turned alway so often before. At least the suns out Cheers, Neil
If you dress right walk in and ask to see James Graham (he will be at the workshops not the downtown showroom) they will let you walk around and have a look. I have been in there many times no problem, sometimes you never know who is there. The first picture was Judge4re and a small French Guy The second picture was just before I sat down to lunch with these guys. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yea, that looks likes fun, but I expect even wearing a suit made of hundred dollar bills I would have not been able to get past the door on that day. I assume that would have been during the GP? It seems although just a small select group was invited rather than a horde of people which would have made it all the more special. Either way, I am very envious! Cheers, Neil
Hey Erik Hows it feel to be state side again, you can read the newspaper and hear everyone speaking and actually understand. Have you got the cars out yet? I will be in Kansas City in May I think, is that anywhere near you? Regards to Karen and the cats Mike
It feels great. Will be better when all of the cars are at the house and not getting the last bit of service done before the driving season starts. I am still swearing in Chinese, less people understand it now. We're doing well. The cats made it safe. Kansas City is a bit of a hike, but if you have time, we do have a guest bedroom...
It was two different occasions, the first was the opening of the Ferrari dealership in Shanghai, which Erik and his wife Karen along with myself attended. In the evening my wife joined us and we went to the ball. They also launched the 612 that evening at the show, we also has around 70 Ferraris there from China, Hongkong, Singapore and maybe a few from elsewhere, Gerhart Berger was there along wath Luca Badoa , it was fun. The second was the thursday before the 2004 GP, EriK and I helped entertain a few of the Ferrari team and got invited to the track, sadly and much to his regret Eric was out of town that day, so I had all the fun.
G'Day, website of Ferrari Club China (Shanghai) http://www.ferrariclub.com.cn and http://bbs.ferrariclub.com.cn (sorry, Chinese language). Best Regards, Seeya on the road.... Dilligaf
