Why not? As a cigar lover it would be awesome if Ferrari and Habanos S.A teamed up and did a limited run cigar. Lets say a special Cohiba (off course) blend with a SF designed cigar band housed in a Habanos/ferrari outer box. Now that would be awesome.

Hmm if done correctly could be good but why not Davidoff or Griffins doing the cigar I would find more synergy in the connection of two european companies

Plus I am not really a fan of Cohiba's regluar line of cigars although some of thier cubans are decent

Lastly is the fact it would most likely end up as a novelty cigar like the Don Diego Playboy or the CAO Soprano both are kind of half assed blends sold strictly on marketing

Davidoff closed its Cuban factory in the 80's. Dominicans exist now. That's why a Cuban Davidoff will set you back 150.00 or more

Do you honestly want someone to brag about how they smoked a Ferrari?

Wow, someone must have been reading my mind!!! News from one of the cigar forums I frequent.

    "gentlemen-

this is some of the latest buzz from our friends on the island.

there is a problem w/ the supplier of the party p2 tubos and they may not be available this year as planned. it is understood that the mag 50 tubo has a better shot at seeing daylight in 08, but only slightly.

expect an 09 release of small enameled wooden boxes that contain 3 puros, sort of a high-end fancy three pack. proto-types include the monte edmundo, the coro, and the psd#4

newly designed portable rollers tables are being designed for lcdh and others to increase the availability of rollers for events outside of the traditional venues.

cubatobaco is planning its first co-branding effort with none other than ferrari. cohiba cigars, co-branded with the ferrari logo, in ferrarri red packaging should be available to the public at ferrari dealerships and other limited locales world wide.

ok, you can say it. its all chisme, and i am a chismoso.

    but its all good"

At the 2004 French Quarter Classic the organizers had the event logo put on some cigars that were being rolled during one of the evening events. Its a basic Dominican blend that is actually pretty decent :)
