    I have been trying to register as a Ferrari owner for over a month now without success. I am already registered there, but as a non-owner. Ferrari owner registration gives you access to information not available to non-owners, e.g. digital copy of latest owner's manual for your car.

    I tried before I took deliver of my Cali, and was told I had to have taken deliver to register. Then I took delivery and waited about 5 days - no success. Waited 12 days, again no success. I am thinking the last unsuccessful attempt was due to my inability to fill out Ferrari's Registration form. I have attached a jpg of the form and would appreciate some advice on filling out the bottom portion as I do know my name, address, birth date, gender, etc.... lol

    After "Country*" there is required information below the white line. I have tried my address, the dealer's address, etc., without success in the "Address*" category. Six of the categories are required, shown by the asterisk *. If you know what I'm supposed to put in the following, please let me know.

    Address* - whose address is this? I assumed the dealer's since mine was above
    PostCode* - again whose is this? Zip code of dealer or the address* above
    Address Number* - what is the world is this? Should the address only have the street name and this is the street number
    City* and Country* - of course, these must go with the Address* & PostCode* above
    House Name* - this is the most confusing of all - finally decided it was the dealer's name, but that didn't seem to work.

    Thanks for your help. I have to admit that this is one of the few times in my life that I've ever asked for help in filling out a form written in English!

    It wants your domestic details but might be confused because you are already registered - try a different email address

    Address Number = street number eg 1600

    House Name = The White House

    Address = Pennsylania Avenue

    Postcode = 20500

    Others have found the customer service helpful

    I registered here in Australia after I bought my California. Had to try 2-3 times and finally success. The only trouble is - I can't see how to change password etc and when I ry to look at things like the driving courses I get sent back to the login page. Not very impressed with the way their website is structured or managed. Haven't seen where you go for manuals etc.

    Having said that, maybe I am not registered as an owner even though I put all my vehicle information in.

    I think you will get a email from Ferrari to complete your registation.
    They check your cars VIN for validation and so on.
    Wait some days....

    Hmm...I can't remember if I registered or not. I seem to remember having some problems and maybe giving up. Need to check...is it important?

    The registration seems to be based on info if you live in the U.K. not The U.S. postal info.

    I put number 1 in house name, did rest with us address, it worked.

    You're correct - checked my spam and they did send me the email. Checked out the site after logging in but couldn't see anywhere you download manuals. Just seemed to be wallpaper downloads.

    Hello David,

    after successfull login, you will see (right from the login) "My Ferrari".

    Click this button, then you will see a car like yours, including the correct color.

    Here you will find some information to your car. Including "quick reference guide".

    Finally managed to complete my registration - thanks for everyone's help.

    Gustel's suggestion about logging in for any store purchases is a good one - wonder if the 20% discount will work on the purchase of that 2nd Ferrari!! lol

    I bought some stuff from the store after logging in and they were 20% off as you said. I also got an additional 20% as Ferrari had sent me a pin code for that to use before the end of August. So in total got 40% off - just bought a few t-shirts.
