To be clear: I blocked Mr. Heinz Swoboda because of constant harassing here and by personal messages by whatsapp.
I am not interested in constant whining about cars, nor his track days and no child book stuff promotion (all by personal messages)
I have already informed Rob Lay.

Slightly going back to the topic: what makes a GT car, a GT car.
For example my challenge never raced in the ferrari challenge series but raced in french GT championship, sometime as GT3 and sometime as GT4.
It has a few mods (no active suspension, engine tuned up by micheloto - unverified but reported as such in f- register)

Is that a GT car then or not ?

@jbl666 Hello Jan, will these two cars be refurbished/repaired by Michelotto and Cognolato to “new” condition? Fresh 0 mileage engine, electronics etc?

I heard that one car was chassis 3806, the 2016 AF Corse WEC car 51, then became the 2017 WEC Am class number 61 for Clearwater Racing. Sold for €600.000....

No more 488 GT3s and GTEs being built?
    F8 GTE / GT3 hybrids?

So there will be only 15 488GTE’s?

Fernardi, not sure where you got your information from, but that figure is not anywhere close to what the car traded hands for.

I understand that is what this thread is about, but that is something that I am not at liberty to disclose. I just want to make sure incorrect information is not being spread.

List price from Ferrari is in excess of a million euro, when new and no race history. I think we will all agree the terrific works history of this car is worth a bit.

AF Corse sold many 458GTEs for around 350-400k euro
    458GT3 240-280k euro ex vat

Seriously? This is a forum thread to discuss values of specific cars. Clearly that value will rise or fall dependant on the provinence and lifecycle of the car, it’s history regarding damage and how it’s been maintained... and by who. It’s interesting for fans to know what a used race car might be worth and to understand if the prices associated with that value reflect on whether or not it is a car that has been properly maintained ...or is worn out and needs restoration. I’m really not interested in dealers trying to hike prices or shrouding them in “mystery “. I am just a fan, not sòmeone trying to “spread” mistruths. If I am 1 Euro or 500000 Euro out... say so. It is easy to read classified adverts.
