    What Ferrari was the NSX a "copy" of??? Looks nothing like a 308 or 328, and it came out at the same time as the 348.

    you'd sure still like to own one though, i suppose?.. i'm sure there are a multitude of parts that go into piecing together an Enzo that werent necessarily italian designed or manufactured..

    ah, you're absolutely right. For those interested, there's a good interview with Elleray on the Bentley story at http://www.mulsannescorner.com/bentleyelleray.html

    However, I still think the Bentley was most influenced by the GT-One. As Elleray says in that interview, "The prototype ’00 car, the one that never raced, did benefit from the R8C experience, but only in as much as the early car showed us what not to do!"
