I recently purchased a 2017 California T through the Ferrari approved program from a Ferrari dealership. The GM of the dealership told me that the 2 year warranty was included with the purchase price. During the transaction, I received paperwork stating the car was CPO and had a 2 year warranty, but did not receive any details of what was included in the warranty. I was told I would get this later.

My car is now "in my garage" in the Ferrari app but it does not list a warranty in the service plan section. I have asked the GM to send me warranty paperwork but he says Ferrari does not provide anything and he is "working on it".

What is going on here? Should I be concerned or is this normal? It's been 30 days, should I expect to receive additional warranty information of some kind?

    Thank You,

    B

I have a bad feeling. You might want to start searching for a lawyer with rabies.

I show that the chassis you provided is eligible for Power Warranty as you outlined above.
Because I am not the selling Dealership, I do not have visibility to what is in process, but I will once its fully active

I attached a sample agreement, I've shared on FC previously, so you can see what is covered, for your review.

Personally, I would reach out to the sales person, the F&I person, or the Sales Manager ( pick 1 ) and ask for an update to when the agreement will become active.

LMK if I may help further,

    Steve
