Weird English writing. Very vague, unspecific and detached.

Odd to see it appears rather neutral as well, almost as if it was just reporting on the news happening and not promoting a social agenda. In America the article would be the start of a segue into a rant about something to blame it on, probably GW Bush.

Also strange that the first thing they mention beside the actual event is the names of the police officers.

Welcome to third world countries. The Ferrari was probably driven by some minor member of the Royal Family, so comments were kept to a minimum.

We get to see alot of pics on this sight of Ferraris that have been just demolished. It is very impressive that many times the owners survive accidents that are the Steve Austin 6 Million Dollar Man type with total break up of the car, excepting the cockpit. I have been at a very busy rescue company in the fire service for 28 years and seen thousands of bad accidents. I am still impressed to see accidents like this with Ferrari's where the occupants live to drive again.
