Probably not. If even Maserati still is not present in Poland, then Ferrari definitely is not present.

There is one in Prague but pretty expensive. I would go to Dresden, Berlin or Wurzburg.

I read in a newspaper that there will be a Ferrari salon in Warsaw, but a privately owned one. However there is a car salon that sells occasionaly new Ferraris as well.

 

In Warsaw you can already order Bentleys

 

you're probably talking about auto-swiat. as far as i know, they haven't sold any ferrari so far...
