These signs were everywhere around Modena-Maranello in the 80s. Seems that Enzo did not agree with that at all and they disappeared.

This was on my car when I bought it, but has since been removed during its restoration. I don't think it's a dealer sticker, as my car was bought new at Ferrari of Los Gatos. I also have a stack of records dating back to 1975, but there's nothing in those records from or pertaining to "Luiz Ferraria Ferrari" of Costa Mesa, CA.
