I am visiting NYC after a 13 yr hiatus. (lived here 58 yrs). Will be here for a month. I remember a Ferrari dealership downtown but when I explore the net the only listings are for WW of cars and F of LI. Is there no dealership in the big apple?
Nope. Kessler was at 34th St. for years- i understand there were some real politics in getting him out, and no one ever replaced him. FNA runs a 'showroom' up on Park around 58th St., but it is not a dealership, as such. Marty- let me know if you have time for lunch when you are here. you can email me at my office [email protected] Regards, and welcome to the Big City.
Yes, whart is right--it isn't much of a dealer, just a showroom to get potential buyers interested in the cars. It is at the corner of Park Ave. and 55th. I went there back in October; had a F430 Spider, 612, and a few Masers. I also hear there is a 575 SA currently located there. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I bought many Ferraris from S Kessler....From What I heard, He was accused of milking false warranty repairs from Ferrari....He agreed to relinquish his Authorized Dealership in order to escape Prosecution....FOOL! He now Resides in South florida trying to do what so many others are, That is buying exotics from up north and reselling them down south. How Original.
the only place in manahattan that i know of who deals with exotic cars is manhattan motorcars...nice place...its like 6 floors, definately worth taking a look at, really nice Saleen S7 on the showroom floor.
37,000 related to a porsche deal..no ferrari dealer in Manhattan just factory display on Park ave as listed above...EZ to take a public bus to WWOC though which I think is nearest to NYC. Classic is in Elizabeth and I think they will pick you up at teh train station but was never sure if they were actually a NEW Ferrari dealership or just a reseller and authorized repair shop...they are very close to Manhattan as well.
Wide World of Cars has a better selection than Ferrari of Central NJ (Edison Location). Things might have changed however, since I last stopped by both about a year ago. WWC is also a lot closer to NYC.
