    Is this sticker decals or do you have to use water to release the decal, and then use a pair of scissors to cut them out??????????

    Paul,

    The decals have to be cut out, use water to separate top film from paper backing.

    Sorry for not answering earlier, we are on vacation until Sunday. The decals are not BBR, they are made by us.
