Can anyone give me some information on the Ferrari Dino's? I just happened to glance at a short article on them in Robb Report. From what I gather, there were two models. Very few of the first model came to the United States? They made 2100 or so of the second model? What are these cars worth now?

    Just curious.

    Thanks,

    Mike

And may I just add that this may very well be the most beautiful Ferrari ever made (and not just most beautiful for the price, either - most beautiful of all).

Of course, I guess I may think that because this was the very first Ferrari I ever had the privilege of driving, way back in 1972.

And I did not buy it because $12,000 seemed like an awful lot of money.

You won't find a decent 246 for less than $100K+ and great ones seem to break the $150K barrier. But definitely surf that forum for lots of details.

I did not buy it because I was six. I made a lot of dumb decisions in '72 and this was one of them.

In 1972 that WAS a lot of money!
IIRC, the A-M DB was about $15k at that time.
