Ferrari emissions test in St.Louis

Hey guys, just bought an '83 308 QV from a fellow Fchatter, and need to
register it in St.Louis. Any suggestions for the emissions test ? When the
young kid drove my Honda on the "roller" they were grinding the gears like
nobody's business which made me cringe to say the least, and that was a Honda, there is no way I can sit by and watch someone grind the gears on
my new car. Any dealers out there (maybe someone at Bentley
or Reid Vann) have a suggestion on which testing station they go to...would
love to skip the emissions test all together but that doesn't go into effect
until next year (damn). I will be calling the above places next week, but
thought I would post a question first to see what suggestions I get. Thanks

 

I bought the car locally...The one at Manchester and 141 is the one I took
my other cars to, unless there is another Manchester one (?)
