It's gonna be the top story at 10 on Fox.
I think the reason this is getting SOOOOO much attention beyond the fact that he/someone crashed an Enzo is the mystery about who was the driver. Specifically his story or made up story. I keep checking this thread and a few other threads all day long just to see if the mystery is solved. I am sure the first thing I will check tomorrow morning is this thread again! If it was not for the mystery than this would be forgotten by tomorrow. If indeed he ends up being the driver and not the passenger as he claims, than IMO he has made this worse for himself in a lot of ways. So you can add that to his other f@@@ ups of the day! Or who knows maybe he walks because of it and is a genious when it comes to story telling on the fly! The mystery continues!!!
not an actual "SOMEONE" but "SOME INSURANCE COMPANY" for sure... with the market -1 Enzo from this day forth... I'm sure the resale value for Enzo might have just gone up a bit.... It used to be 1.25 million per-Enzo a while back, now it's about 1 mil, I would assume the insurance might have to pay in just about 950K ~ 1.1mil if that Enzo has less than let's say.... 2000 miles?

This story even made it onto the local news this evening here in Texas. Naturally, the info was completely scrambled
damm this even made it into CNN. But I can only bet there are people down there right now scraping up parts off the road.
Was the passenger the driver? Should be easy to tell, if he was the driver there will be seat belt bruise on the left side, passenger will be bruised on right side.
At least when Ferraris get in a shunt they do it in style and a big way, this shows some owners are not just poseurs as well but drive hard.
? for every one. what will insruance will do with this car ??? yes, total it but ?? they aint gonna pay !
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned calling the tow truck company to ask for the VIN. Sometimes they won't release that information, but we have enough information here so see if you could get the last 3 or 4 digits.... Just an opinion...
I was in the traffic line - about twenty cars from the crash-- did not know a ferrari was involved at the time, nor did i care at the time. The mother f-er created a black out in west malibu (had to shower in the dark), was going to be late for a meeting, and he could have kill someone--wife was just 2 min ahead of him in the opposite direction and would have been in his path -- the speed limit is 55 As far as the road, its smooth, four lanes, weather was clear, although at that point it does drop down down the slope to Deckerl; at 120, i don't see how its air born, at 200 could be. At 7:00pm, they were still repairing the power poles on both sides of PCH. I doubt that the CHP was letting people around picking up pieces- to be sold on Ebay.
Man this thread got long quickly. There's even a link about the story on Edmunds.com sister site, insideline. As stupid as this driver had to have been acting... my wife and I met while at Pepperdine University so I know this road very well... and I'm just glad that nobody got seriously hurt. God was surely watching over the foolsih and the innocent this morning.
