Ferrari Enzo crash in Malibu

The "racing an SLR" story is so stupid. Insurance policies all disavow any coverage when racing is involved. Why didn't Ericksson say the throttle stuck wide open and they tried to spin the car around to slow it down?
At least that story would show an intelligence surpassing a turtle's.

Yes, there was a fire. Apparently Dietrich, full of amontillado sherry, exploded into a fireball on the scene and all they found was his tasseled loafers.

Mysterious black dogs are well known throughout England. These "spectral hounds" often show up at the scene of a disaster. MAD DOG, the F-chat hound, could very well have been on the scene mere seconds before the Enzo crashed. MAD DOG is well known, and is himself ageless. Led Zepplin even titled one of their songs after him. He wasn't actually seen at the crash site, presumeably because he was chasing after Marlene Dietrich who ran into the hills.

By the way, since we're commenting on rock and roll, a little known fact:
You remember that fringed suede jacket Roger Daltrey (the Who) wore onstage at Woodstock? Wellll, most people don't know it but Rog told me those fringe strips were just the right size to clean the points in his Lotus Europa John Player Special. He had enough strips on that jacket to keep his Europa running for about a month.

 

I have to confess, I was the driver!

It all started about noon on Monday. I was having my typical lunch of Bloody Marys at the Rainbow on Sunset when Michael asked me if I wanted to go to a party in the Malibu Colony before returning to Santa Barbara. I thought it over while consuming 3 or 4 margaritas to wash down the “ludes” he keeps behind the bar. He promised me that there would be “crazy people, lots of sex, and a pretty Swede named Stefan.” I was curious.

When we arrived Paris Hilton and Tara Reid had just completed their “girl on girl” video only to discover that the batteries had died and some one needed to go to the store to purchase new ones. Wanting to impress them, I volunteered.

When I returned everybody was in the pool drinking margaritas and enjoying something called “Peruvian Marching Powder” My head started to spin.

The rest of the night was pretty much a blur with so many twists and turns that I truthfully cannot remember who did what to who.

Then Stefan arrived. We spent hours talking about the differences in prison systems in the USA and Sweden etc, etc.

It was late, or early (I can’t remember) but I needed to get home. Stefan offered to drive me but the 3 V’s (vodka, vicodene, and Viagra) I had just consumed gave me an odd sense of “driving super powers” and I took the keys. I was bound and determined to make it to Santa Barbara in 5 minutes (distance about 60 miles). As I crested a small hill going 350 MPH a coyote returning home from a late night raiding garbage cans darted across the road. Being the nature lover that I am, I swerved into the light pole.

As we came to a stop, we noticed some interesting things. 1) The car was cut in half. 2) The lipstick that I had been wearing was smeared all over the airbag in front of me. 3) The radio was still working!

I offered to stay and wait for the tow truck but Stefan said “do you want to end up back in jail!” and “run Dietrich, run!”

I just woke up about an hour ago and was amazed to read the news and see this thread. Well, now you guys know the true story!

okay a friend of mine just msn message me and told me her boyfriend's lawfirm just got the case from the driver of the Enzo.... it apparently the polices are, if not, planning to press some kinda charges against the driver....
