I have done both the Basic and Advanced Ferrari Experience programs at Mont-Tremblant. The Evoluzione is the 3rd level (Challenge is the 4th, I think). I was going to head over to Italy to do the Evo course, but decided to wait one more year to see if they will offer it at Tremblant, first. You need to progress through the courses in order, not sure if you knew that already.

I have also done the Skip Barber 2-Day High Performance program at Laguna Seca, my full review here: http://www.ontrackdriver.com/official-ontrackdriver-reviews/6-skip-barber-2-day-high-performance-school-laguna-seca-official-otd-review.html

On the whole, I would have to rate the Ferrari programs the highest. However, they are also the most expensive. The cars are always perfect, the instructors are top notch and the whole program runs like a Swiss watch. Very polished. From what I understand, the Pilota programs at Fiorano are just as good, but they tend to run things a little more aggressively. One instructor told me that they routinely have on-track incidents, while the Mont Tremblant program has a virtually spotless safety record.

Here are some pictures from the Advanced course at Tremblant last summer: http://www.ontrackdriver.com/members/p1-albums-ferrari-experience-advanced-course-july-2008.html
