    I'm pretty sure that car belongs to CEA (Costruzioni Estintori Antincendio).
    It was a present they received from Gerhard Berger after the fire marshalls that worked for CEA saved his life in the San Marino GP in 1989.

    I saw this car when I was watching an F1 race at Monza many years ago, must have been 10 years ago. Look like it's the same place...
