If you haven't already, get the Ferrari app on your phone and have your VIN tied to it, the app gives you access to all this information. It is also in the hard copy owner's manual.

My '13 F12 came with every book except the warranty service book. I had the same question. As far as I know, no pdfs are available online, nor can you simply purchase one from shops like Eurospares, Scuderia Car Parts, etc. Finally got a replacement maintenance book from Ferrari - you cannot imagine how difficult that was. In any event, the service intervals are pretty straightforward for the F12 with an interesting surprise for the rare individual that logs 100,000 mi.

For simplicity, here's what I extracted into an excel table from the official warranty service book....

Dealer changes oil every 12 months regardless of mileage but on some newer cars there an algorithm in the car which likely means no oil change.

Yup, I should have worded it differently to make it clear the first interval is an annual/max mileage recommendation.

Surprisingly, Scottsdale Ferrari used Pennzoil synthetic 10W60 instead of the OEM-recommended Shell Helix Ultra for my first fluid change. I'm not one to debate the merits of one motor oil over another, but I've become a believer in trying to stick with OEM recommendations after running into issues with Redline differential oil when I had my 430.

I'd definitely like to meet the owner that puts 12k miles or more on their F12 every year.
