They had a deal with me and then said customer who owned it was giving it to friend..He said he felt it was not right and was sorry..That is why it says back for sale!, But then they go and list it again with out even contacting me???... Not right at all!!! he has my phone # and said he would call if anything changed.. no message on fchat or call and I spoke with Jeremy about this a few times..I believe you treat people the way you would want to be treated yourself!!
Are you trying to say that they re-listed it for sale after you had already agreed to buy it? If that's the case, Jeremy ought to be ashamed of himself. Hiding behind the "will" of his customer is even less honest.
Yes,,,,,,this is what happened obviously..We had a deal..Then they obviously lied and said customer was giving it to a friend who had the pliers..He lied I assume because of him wanting more money ..Ok.. I kept on top of this with him in case there were any changes about this,,Then I see it listed again and sold..They still should have contacted me first.. He had my info.., So no excuse. This is no way to treat people!!..I spoke with Jeremy he said he was sorry about all this, but does that still make it right or ok..I don't think so..I was slapped in the face not just once but twice!..Third time being when Jeremy was getting mad at me for saying he had no morals or values, which made me even more upset, because obviously to do these things and with no care about another person is exactly that!...

If we may set the record straight... While yes, it was entirely our fault we did not contact 4respy after the second offer fell through, it was in NO WAY intentional. However, when the mistake was realized and 4respy contacted us - rightfully upset - we apologized to the best of our ability. We of course DID NOT initially "duck" or "scam" 4respy, it was a genuine mistake that will not happen again. We offered our sincere apologies to 4respy as this is not how Continental AutoSports operates.
