    I have a dilemma.
I have an F355 for years which I am very happy, but time I am thinking of upgrading to the 575m.
    What would you do?

    1 - find better translation software !

2 - buy a 575 unless you spend a lot of time on very twisty roads or circuits

355 is a fantastic car and I can understand why you have had one for years. If you get a 575, try to get an HGTC or at least one with FHP. If not you will find the car too soft

I disagree hence my point about twisty roads

Also there are a few threads 550 vs 355 in the 550 section which may help

    I would think the upgrade from a 355 would be a CS , rather than a 575.

What spurs your urge to switch?

definitely not an upgrade. the two cars have completely different characteristics. personally i find the 355 more fun, lively. but the 575 i have driven did not have the HGTC package which surely livens up the car. definitely a more spacious and comfortable car though (575)

Totally different cars, I used to drive a 575 every weekend for 2 summers a few years back and loved it, I now own a 355 and love it even more.
355 seems much smaller with a less daunting nose length, spritely and more spirited than the 575, the bigger car being far more refined. The biggest difference though is the torque, the 355 has to be pushed and rev'd the 575 just has effortless power, this difference in characters will be the decision maker for you.
I will probably get a 575 when I grow up :) (will keep the 355 to keep me young on a Sunday morning)

Why not keep the 355 and get a 575M? :D:D

They are both different animals!! One of each in the garage would be awesome. :D:D

Best of luck with your decision. ;);)

    I have a 355F1 and a 550, love both of them.

The 355 is like a mistress, the 550 is like a wife.

I don't know if you can swing it or have the space, but I'd lean towards getting a 550 and keeping the 355. I don't know the recent pricing numbers, but I konw that there are some very nice 550's selling for reasonable prices...and if you know your 355 is sorted out, it might be worth a thought. Think of what you'd reasonably get by selling your 355 or on trade if you'd do that vs. a 575, or just buying a 550 and keeping the 355- it may not be much difference when you consider you'd have the best of both worlds- low tight V8 screamer and V12 GT torque monster! Of course you'd have to maintain 2 ferrari's which you'd have to factor in, but that would be my dream garage ;) 355/360/550/575- can't go wrong with this time era of Ferrari (assuming potential purchase checks out OK of couse)- they are the best bang for the buck in the ferrari world in my opinion!
