    The shipping cost by boat to St Louis in the USA is estimated at 670 euro for the F40 front hood. I asked a shipping quote to "Gosselin Internartional", turns out to be much less than I expected.

    From the reaction I had on the method and cost of shipping, I am willing to include the cost for international shipping by boat to a harbor nearby the buyer's place for 13,950 euro! So it's sent by boat at my expense.

    Its not that no one wants such an item, its more that very few people each year actually need it! As soon as an F40 has a front impact the right buyer will soon snap it up. As the cars increase in value then so do the rare components, stash it to one side, as soon as a genuine buyer is in need they will soon find you via the net.
