So most pictures I see with the F50 do not have the roof on. I have always been curious what does the inside of the top look like? Is there enough room for say someone that is 6'4? Is it suede or just Carbon fiber? Any input pictures would be greatly appeciated!

There's a reason why it's never photo'd with the top on!

There are photos previously posted of the inside of the hard top. Anyone that is over 6ft 2 will have trouble driving an F50 comfortably because the seat doesn't go back far enough for adequate leg room. A friend of mine who is 6ft 4 sat on my car and his knees were hard up against the dash underside, even when spread to an uncomfortable degree. His head was against the hard top too; but as it was impossible to drive it was somewhat academic anyway.

Thats unforunate. All the super cars I enjoy I will never own due to my height. I had some seat time with an Saleen S7, Damn well would kill myself in it due to the small pedals and tight headroom. Great Photo, I wouldn't think an F50 would have such a luxurious top. I was thinking along the lines of carbon fiber and such.

The underhood of a 512Boxer looked like that, it's a common Ferrari motiff.....

They did not cut many corners building the F50, IMO....if you wanted one when new maybe even a "stretch" version would have been possible!

I just noticed the shape of the rear view mirror. Is that stock for F50?

Not true, you'll be fine at 6'4'' in most super cars (i dont know for the saleen S7, never been interested in it, nor are there many in europe lol). I'm 6'8'' and I've sat in an F40, diablo and murcielago (some others to but they had more room). I do admit it wasnt exactly comfortable but i managed. If you really want it you sometimes just have to deal with it. To be honest i've had more room in a murcielago than a Z4 with the roof up:D

Its in dutch but that guy is 2m tall, same build as me (normal torso, long legs) just 4cm shorter (he's 6'6'' and a bit). his legs are up to his neck but its possible:).

It is but I'm curious as to why it is. Obviously they have the rear humps but i would have thought it to be symetrical
