I didn't know that a company named MDS ( I don't know what that stands for ) produced or made a 1:18 scale F50GT..! Wow!!! That's all I can say. I bet only a handful of you guys who are die hard collectors has this in their collection. My questions is where can I find or buy one out there. I don't think not in a million years you would ever find this on ebay. And if you did it's probably cost about close to a grand not including shipping. Is MDS kind of like UT in a way don't make models anymore? Does anyone here have an extra that they want to sell? Just curious.

I have 2 1/18 F50GT, the one in black leather box is MDS, the other one is clear display case is by APM 1/18 F50GT Full kit and built by Versusmodel Japan. The one by APM is even more accurate than MDS one.....

I also attach a few photos of my other 1/18 APM kit which built by Versusmodel Japan.

Excellent collection. You're right the APM model looks better than the MDS. I think you're the only one who has these exotic die-casts. And those Lamborghinis are those the Jotas, SE30, or SV-S? Is that an EnzoGT? I didn't know these models exist. They must have cost you a lot! You probably already have the CCX Koenigsegg on 1:18 too! Did you get all those in Japan? What else exotic do you have on 1:18 besides the ones we see on ebay?

The Diablo is Strosek Diablo (light blue), another one is also Strosek Diablo with SE30th spoiler (sparkling light blue) Yes, it is a Enzo GTC 2005. The model is built by Versusmodel Japan. They really cost some money, but still a small portion as compare to my other collections.

These models are resin models not diecast.

versusmodel and autoplacemodel.com, have very good ferrari's on offer.
My yellow 1:12 288GTO is on its way to Europe right now, and will be a perfect companion for the 1;12 F50GT.

True, they aren't cheap, but compared to other handbuiltcompanies they are relatively cheap, and productionnumbers are very limited.

I prefer to have a limited amount of really special models, but thats personal. I really like them!

I had a look on their website. But all those prices (around 250 euro), are they already build. Or is it just the material for building?

I dont think Kyosho will do it any time soon! The side windows and roof on this model are wrong.
I guess its more of a diecast than a handbuilt.Still finish is very nice.

    Hey Hans,

Het is zo ongelofelijk warm hier, en zeker waar ik werk (Baulkham Hills). Vandaag was het rond de 34 graden. Hoe is het verder bij u??
