I have the 458 and the F8. Last week I drove the 296. In my opinion it would make a great DD. 8 speed transmission, not overly loud or aggressive if you don’t want it to be.

Shorter wheelbase then the other two, but dialed in nicely. I think ferrari did a great job with this car,

So this thread really got my wheels spinning. Long and short of it, I put a vote that the F8 holds its value better. It’s basically a pista engine in an improved chassis. The more I thought about it the more i was sold on it so I bought one today. Have been offered a couple of SF90’s recently that were undelivered for good reasons but I passed because it just never really got the juices going but I get why many here love theirs. Given the mark up on the f8, the odds of a cancel are super low so I decided to by a 2022 w 600 miles. First preowned in a quite some time but like the spec and was stuck as I never placed an order. Picking it up tomorrow.

Ok that was probably the easiest thing I’ve done to a car. $4 stitch puller on Amazon and 10 min (5 per side) little leather cleaner and conditioner. Did a little video I may post for others who may be nervous
Also can barely see the holes without my reading glasses

For sure, I will tomorrow with light. Drove about an hour back from the dealer tonight and love this car. Very different from my 812, which I also love, but this is an amazing car. I had a 458 and I know the n/a benefits but man is this car is refined and edgy all in one package. So glad I jumped in. On a side note, they had their 296 demo and in person it’s amazing. I had to get home so pushed the test drive until I bring the f8 in for protective wrap but the sound was crazy good and the package feels like 80% size wise of the the f8. It’s definitely more sublime compared to the f8 but that may be a good thing where I live. I do think it is going to be interesting decision time when my 296gts shows up and I have to decide to keep the f8 or trade…only so much time and garage space. Glad to be part of the f8 club!

Well done. The depression and thread holes will diminish quite a bit over time. Just continue to apply a copious amount of leather conditioner.

Like your handle…there is an 82 euro 308 GTS in the garage…engine out resto I
am doing. Love that I have the 308 bookended by the f8. Once it’s up and running will post pics of the two together.

I have owned 8 Ferrari’s over the years. The 1st one I ordered new was my F8. Loved building the car to my spec. At the time I could not afford the Pista. I was not looking to get rid of my F8 but about 2 months ago stumble on the Pista I now own. I traded F8 for more than I paid after owning 2 years and 8800 miles. And found Pista wholesale. Car is HIGHLY optioned. Cars have many similarities but side by side the lines on Pista in my opinion are sexier, more sporty and sophisticated. If you are looking fo Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login r a less aggressive look the F8 is great.

I like the Peekskill Cars and Coffee better but I’ve done Hayfields. Spring fever has already started.
