Am I the only one who can’t find the spot in the menu to adjust the clock? Damn thing is driving me batty

 

I believe it's a menu item on the left display. My car is currenlty away being serviced so I can't verify that.

 

It has to be off. If the car is fully on the menu won’t show the time. Has to be on but engine off. Crazy but we have all struggled w it.

 

Wait … What ? Our cars have a clock adjustment ? Where are they hiding that ?

So quick side note. I have t loved the sound of my f8. Had a 458 back in the day really loved it’s sound. I mainly drive a GTS which I love, the f8 sound of the f8 doesn’t fit awesomeness of the car. So I decided to order a bunch of exhaust parts up and do some experimenting. My kiddo is home from college on break so we went to work today. First was to remove the rear cover and put in an x pipe bw the closed valve exhaust. I was told that it alone would make a big difference and man were they right. Overall decibles are not much higher at all (what I wanted) but the pitch is definitely higher and to both of us, it sounds sooooo much better. Debating on doing more as I don’t want to have to tune and i don’t want check engine lights, although I did buy the obd delete mod. I have never changed anything on my f cars exhaust but I highly recommend if you want to do an relatively easy mod and not make it so the neighbors wake up every time.

Sal , does it throw any codes ? How long have you had it installed?

 

I picked up a muffler delete pipe from Fabspeed yesterday and plan to install it next week. A sufficient number of sources have indicated that a CEL will not be an issue. Stay tuned for a full report.

 

No codes. It's downstream from all sensors. Installed since July.

 

Fabspeed and no codes. Just installed the sport cats today. Much bigger project and was glad my son was home. If it wasn’t a fun bonding project it would have been dealer all the way. No codes with those either and it sounds great but the super easy and much less expensive x pipe was more bang for the buck. I think once the cats set in it will be more noticeable. Now the big sunday ? Is do we also add the valvetronic x pipe. Since the rear is off it’s pretty straightforward. I don’t want it too loud and right now it’s perfect so not sure.

 

Just sold my F8 so I am selling my Capristo Valvef Exhaust $4500 new. Any reasonable offer. On car for approx. 1500 miles. Amazing sound improvement. Message me.

Recently read an article that someone in North America has a one-of-one F8 Tributo. Ferrari apparently made only 1 coupe with a model year of 2023 as they continue to build Spiders.
