    Hi all...

    I'll be in italy for the next couple weeks and on the 15 untill the 20th of aug i'll be in the Tuscany region and i wanted to go up to maranello for a factory tour and maybe a test drive around the track with a driver... Does anyone know who i can contact for more information or how i can book at least a factory tour.

    quite sure you have to be an owner for them to consider a factory tour, but i could be totaly wrong...

    I doubt it. Don't expect them to just open the doors for anyone. You might be lucky you if you get a tour.

    Its this weeks how do I get a factory tour thread !

    There is an extra catch in that the factory is not doing tours becuase of the summer break - you could just go visit the Galleria & Museum

    You must be an owner and go through your local dealer to get a tour. They are closed for summer holiday's until I believe September or end of August. You also have to have all your paper work with you (It gets sent to you from Ferrari via your dealer). If you don't have it you aren't getting in. It also takes several weeks to get everything in order. If your dad owns some cars you may be able to use his VIN#'s. The factory tour has no provisions for doing laps with a test driver but you may end up seeing a few "prototypes" driving around the factory grounds and Fiorano test track. You can actually sit on the overpass and watch test laps from the road without a tour. Italy is very slow in the summer since everyone takes vacation...
