At the start of the factory tour I saw a short video and in they stated the factory was voted/awarded the best place to work in the EU.

as beautiful as that place is, and I'm sure its great to work there... monotonous factory work sucks majorly... not sure i could do it again... unless one set of techs stays with the car the entire process, that would be exciting...

A funny thing, as we were on the tour and approaching the upholstery area the 5 o'clock whistle blew. You would have thought the building was on fire the way the workers were rushing out!

Still, if I had to work in a factory, that is the nicest factory I have ever seen. We also toured the Ducati factory. I would not want to work there. I told friends comparing the two places was like comparing a tour of Versailles to that of a trailer park!

i've had the opportunity to visit auto mfg. plants all around the world, and I can say without any hesitation, the Ferrari facility is on a level of it's own
the place is immaculate....the floors clean enough to eat off......much like McLaren's facilities
it sets the bar very high as 'car factories' go
I highly recommend the tour to anyone remotely interested in how a car is put together
