    This classiche promotional film has some panning shots of factory documentation.
    (edit - sorry the you tube link is now broken, looks like removed since I last saw it...)

    Turns out it's a Dino S/N 00646, Germany delivery in Rosso with VOXON radio (in red).
    Here's what I was able to read although it's a little blurry:
    Engine # : 135CS000.000.5440 (?), carburetors are noted (Weber 40dcnf 3)
    Internal engine #: 123
    Scaglietti body #: 277 (?)
    Gearbox #: 270 (?)

    Does anyone know the whereabouts of this Dino?

    Quite interesting to see the level of documentation they have on each Dino incl. road tests.

    this Dino is in Austria these days, had undergone a lot over the years in Germany
    was almost completely departed at one point in life...

    OK, what's up with that? Is this the first time that we've seen documentation of a 'factory installed' radio? As I recall, statements were made previously that no Dino left the factory with a radio; it has been generally held that the dealer or owner took care of selecting an appropriate radio. Is my memory failing me here?

    There's a few pages in the compendium on this topic, there were factory and dealer radio installs.
    Early cars like this didn't have a dash designed to accept a radio but they'd cut the glove box lid to install one.

    Great to know this Dino is still around!

    Next to the Voxon note, does it say "Spirax P1" referring to the aerial?

    Edit: I don't see the body# on the document, is it there somewhere?

    Andrew, I think Spirax is an oil, either Shell or Agip.

    Correct. It´s from Shell for the Transmission and still existing. Use "normal" Transmission oil is one of the expensive mistakes and can kill your synchros etc. It was never build for the high temperatures of a gearbox within an oil pan and up to 130 degrees C....
